All custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final file delivery.
The deposit secures your spot in our workflow and covers the initial creative direction, research, and concept development. Once you approve the direction and we begin production, this deposit is earned.
We accept payments through:
Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month via Stripe subscription. There is a 6-month minimum commitment. You may cancel anytime after the minimum term.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once concept development has begun. This is because we invest significant creative time and attention into every project, and this initial work is what ensures the quality of your final product.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion. If you are dissatisfied with the final result, we offer unlimited revisions β we will work with you until you are happy with the outcome. Refunds on the balance are not issued, as the completed work represents a delivered custom service.
You will receive a preview/sketch of the concept before we proceed to final production. At this stage, you can request changes, adjustments, or a completely different direction β at no extra cost. This is the time to speak up. Once you approve the direction and we move to final rendering, the deposit is earned and the balance applies.
Disputing a charge via your bank or payment provider before contacting us directly will result in immediate account suspension and a permanent ban from our services. If you have a concern, please contact us first β we will resolve it.

AI is used as a tool in our creative workflow β similar to how a photographer uses editing software or a sculptor uses power tools. It enhances our workflow, speeds up ideation, and helps us deliver trending, high-quality results.
This applies to all of our services, not just specific categories. Whether you order Photo Manipulation, Illustration, 3D, Cartoon, or any other service β AI tools may be incorporated as part of the production process.

Standard delivery is 2β3 business days after concept approval. Rush delivery is available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Every custom project includes 2 free revision rounds to get the design exactly where you want it. Additional revision rounds beyond the first 2 are charged at $25 per round.

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final artwork. You may:
The client affirms that they own the copyright or legal rights to any images, logos, references, or materials provided to us for the project. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
We use only copyright-free images or materials from premium stock sources licensed for commercial use. We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from content supplied by the client β the legal responsibility for such materials lies solely with the client.
All original artwork created by Tezz Cover Art remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, commercial usage rights transfer to the client as described in the Commercial Usage section above.
We reserve the right to display completed artwork in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials. If you require confidentiality (e.g., unreleased album art), please let us know in advance and we will accommodate.
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order: your name, email or Instagram handle, project details, and payment information (processed securely by PayPal or Stripe β we never store your full payment details).

We retain project files and correspondence for reference. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
All communication is conducted via Instagram, email, or direct messaging. Response time is typically within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, please mention it in your message.
We respect your privacy. Any unreleased music, lyrics, or project details shared with us are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
